Some excellent and well-loved actors will make these plays a 'Must Not Miss' evening".

"Come and enjoy Marloo's hospitality and discover something a little different in live theatre."

"False Hopes" written by David-Matthew Barnes.
Directed by Peter Clark
A controversial one-act play for women, set in the break room of a corporate office. Amy chooses to have an abortion after discovering that she is pregnant with the child of her married boss with whom she is having an affair. Claudia discovers that she will never be able have children of her own. Nicole is pregnant with her first child but has recently realised that she is not in love with her successful husband. A moving one-act play for women who enjoy experiencing a frantic 25 minute ride on an emotional rollercoaster!

"Sex Toys " written by C. Aspden Pomfret.
Directed by Sallie Ketteringham
Slightly prudish Carol is introduced to a 'thingy'. Jillian, the bold one, doesn't know what all the fuss is about. Cameron, a friend, arrives to give his advice on the subject and so on and so forth.

"The Pen Of My Aunt" written by Gordon Daviot
Directed by Marjorie De Caux.
Pen of My Aunt is set in France during the Second World War and tells the tale of a supposed collaborator (in reality a member of the Resistance) who is suddenly faced with a complete stranger claiming to be her nephew, and the tricks they play on the unsuspecting Wehrmacht Corporal to spirit the stranger out of the area before his secret is revealed. Witty, with a touch of mystery. A lot of fun!!
