Old Mill Theatre presents a romantic comedy for the final season of 2008.

Two doctors arrive in Sydney for a conference, they have been asked if they would mind sharing a room as the hotels are all very full. They have agreed, but Management is unaware that one is male and the other female!

When they meet they discover that they were once lovers but had long gone their separate ways. This of course leads to all kinds of complications-compounded by the arrival of the male medico's son, also a  young doctor bringing with him  the paper that his father forgot to bring that he is supposed to deliver to the conference!

Son announces that he will have to bed down on the floor as there is no accomodation to be found anywhere in Sydney. The arrival of the girlfriend adds more complications, but everthing works out in the end- although possibly not to everyone's satisfaction!

A light-hearted end to the year and one for lovers of romance!

Featuring: Garry Lawrence, Beverley Lawrence, Derek Clausen and Nicole Milanko

Philip Barry

Joy Sweeney

After getting a divorce from C.K. Dexter Haven, Tracy Lord prepares to marry again… however, in the days before her wedding, Haven and a reporter, posing as her brother’s friend, show up at her doorstep. From there, Tracy is forced to choose among her past love, her present love and her new love. Amidst the situation comedy, and fast-paced dialogue, Barry explores several contemporary social issues, such as society’s perception of class differences in America and attitudes towards adultery and divorce in the 1930’s.
