PLAY READINGS

THE OLD MILL THEATRE
You are invited to a programme of play readings this year at the Old Mill Theatre.
These play readings are for the enjoyment of all members including those already participating in a production, front of house volunteers, as well as newsletter and non-active members. Prospective members are also warmly welcomed.
We encourage all members to come along and enjoy an evening of artistic discussion, and a chat and catch-up with fellow members. Refreshments will be provided.
Existing and new directors are encouraged to submit plays which they may be planning to produce.  Local playwrights are also welcomed to submit their work.
The inaugural play reading programme will include:
o        a play currently or recently staged internationally
o        a modern Australian play
o        a classic
o        a play written by a local playwright
DATES:
o        Wednesday 20 May – play will be announced in the next newsletter
o        Wednesday 15 July
o        Wednesday 7 October
o        Wednesday 4 November
TIME:              6:30pm for light  refreshments (optional)
                        7:30pm start of play reading
