During the tumultuous and trying times of the 1930s depression, the Sideshow – a bizarre collection of anomalous ‘freaks’ – was a comforting reminder to ‘ordinary’ people that life could be worse. Penned by Bill Russell and Henry Krieger, Sideshow invites you into the lives of Daisy and Violet Hilton, conjoined twins raised by the traveling company of sideshow freaks and their cruel impresario. Join them as they struggle to come to terms with their confused identities, while experiencing the triumphs and pitfalls of fame and love.
Propelled by a memorable score of contemporary musical theatre with a Vaudevillian twist, Sideshow is a unique and wonderful show that will compel you to embrace your inner freak…
