Derek is the worst roommate, he's sloppy, lazy and smells of an Indonesian sewer. His fellow roomates Theo and Stu have had enough and decided to kick him out and start interviewing for a new roommate, without telling Derek. After coming across the perfect girl roommate with a curious past, the gang decide to celebrate and trash the house only to find a two week old letter claiming they have a rent inspection the next morning. The house is in jeopardy, and the race is on to save it.

Amongst the chaos, Us Kings delves into the troubles of young relationships, as one couple struggle to commit to each other, and another ends their engagement.
