Jo Swerling and Abe Burrows - Music and Lyrics by Frank Loesser

Hold onto your Guys - They can't handle the Dolls!

Guys and Dolls - based on the story and characters by Damon Runyon. By arrangement with Hal Leonard Australia Pty Ltd, exclusive agent for Music Theatre International (NY)

It's high energy! It's bustling New York! In a town of never-ceasing activities, New Yorkers, tourists, gamblers, crooks, cops, drunks, missionaries and dancers go about their business in the hustle and bustle.

Nathan Detroit (Paul Treasure) is just trying to keep his head above water by delving once again into organizing a floating crap game - but Lt Brannigan is at his heels. So is Nathan's fiance Adelaide (Sally Shannassy) - trying to console her 14 year engagement to Nathan by spinning yarns to her mother about how well their 'marriage' is going and how many 'kids' they have. Regular updates to her mother and Adelaide's distaste to Nathan's crap games will be forcing his hand unexpectedly.

Tied in with all the shanigans is Nathan's bet with Sky Masterson (Paul Spencer) that Sky can't take just any doll to Havana, Cuba. Introducing that doll - the straight laced Save-a-Soul Salvation Army Sergeant - Sarah Brown (Helen Buckingham)

Luck be a Lady Tonight!
