Details:

Told in three acts set in the gritty American West, the story alternates between two families after a severe incident of spousal abuse leaves all their lives altered until the final collision at an isolated cabin. The two families, one composed of Baylor, Meg, Beth, and Mike, the other composed of Lorraine, Sally, Frankie, and Jake are connected by the marriage of Jake and Beth, whose beating and subsequent hospitalisation at the hands of Jake initiates the beginning of the play. Exploring family dysfunction and the nature of love, the play follows Jake as he searches for meaning after Beth, and her family, as they struggle with Beth's brain damage.

Despite Huey's best efforts to turn the hall way to the theatre into a aqueduct last night, we prevailed and performed to a very cosy audience of 20. Still heaps of seats left. Don't miss Matt Longman's beautiful work.

Tonight's performance was cancelled halfway through due to cast illness. What a shame!
Audience members were offered comps or refunds. Happily most accepted the raincheck option! Just goes to show how it's worth a second look.

Come on down to the Old Mill Theatre tonight to see myself and Alan Kennedy with firearms and a frozen deer leg! Also other actors you know and love do the acting business! Its a show not to be missed!
