Late Night Impro

Lliam Amor

Late Night Impro is back. After catching a few acts around town, why not join Impro Melbourne for a laugh-out-loud nightcap to round off your Festival evening.

Now in its 14th year, Late Night Impro is a Melbourne tradition. This year promises a mix of danger and high-energy as we introduce some hilarious new games as well as all your old favourites.

Walking the fine line between laughter and spontaneous combustion is our seasoned cast, taking it in their stride with style, charm and wit.

Impro Melbourne’s finest are joined by special guests from interstate and overseas to help bring you the unscripted laughter until the clock strikes midnight.

This year the season is directed by Comedy Festival habitual, Lliam Amor. Amor brings over 15 years of experience in the Australian comedy industry to the stage. His credits include Hawke, The Hollowmen, Thank God You’re Here and The Micallef Program.

What is Susan's Secret?

Michael Parker & Susan Parker

David Heckingbottom

Cider Mill Inn is an old, rustic country inn owned by an endearing elderly couple, Michael and Susan Edwards. At first they appear to be bordering on senility. We quickly learn however that they are very clever con artists, preying on their unsuspecting guests. Using an elaborate check-in form, guests are, in fact, signing a work contract, requiring them to perform various improvements at the inn. Plumbers, tile layers, carpenters and electricians are recruited to do work they never expected. But what is Susan's secret?
