Henrik Ibsen - translation by Christopher Hampton

Kirilee Lennerts

Hedda Tesman, daughter of the aristocratic general - General Gabler, returns from her honeymoon with her aspiring, reliable but bland academic husband, George Tesman.
No sooner have they arrived when their lives are thrown into disarray with the reappearance of Tesman’s academic rival, Eilert Lovborg, and Hedda’s old schoolmate, Thea Elvsted. Judge Brack also soon arrives at the Tesmans’ house with an agenda all of his own...
Rivalries of all natures begin to occur, and Hedda is determined not to lose - no matter the cost.

The show begins at 8pm, except for the Sunday 22nd matinee, which is 2pm.
