I am a very experienced costume maker and designer (over 20 years experience).

I am available for one-off commissions and/or ongoing productions. I also make special occasion dresses/costumes for private clients. I specialise in bespoke garments using clients' design and ideas or my own design. Work can include details such as beading, pleating, period techniques (cartridge pleating, boning etc). I can design and make completely original and unique wedding dresses and bridal party garments. I work with clients in person, or negotiate through email/telephone.

Following on from the recent success of our double bill productions of Shakespeare's Macbeth and Julius Caesar, Upstart Theatre Company, in conjunction with Packenham Street Art Space, is presenting A Midsummer Night's Dream as part of the 2013 Perth Fringe Festival. We are seeking a dynamic, committed and talented costumier to join our production team.
