Compelling, visceral contemporary original theatre created by and for 15-26 year olds supported by professional emerging theatre designers and director at Perth City Farm might not be appealing to everybody, but it's great to see what young adults do and say when given the opportunity to be in a professionally supported production about facing an 'end of days' scenario.

I loved the simplicity and minimalism of these productions. Without elaborate sets and costumes, the focus is essentially on the text, the plot, the characters, the performance. And what a great space to put on shows like this.

Yes folks. We now have our cast for our 'Fairytale of Sorts' production, (he says crossing fingers very tightly)... we now need a Stage Manager / a sound tech and and a lighting tech. Note: This may prove a great opportunity for learner drivers wishing to further develop their skills, for we have experienced techs on hand who are going to record the sounds and set the fairylights in preparation for others to simply do the tricky bits come show time.
