Archivist | 23/01/2012 - 15:01

"Rookery Nook", By Ben Travers, Directed by Lynne Devenish. Darlington Theatre Players, Performance Venue: Marloo Theatre, Greenmount. performance dates April 13th -29th.
The following roles still need to be filled.
MRS LEVERETT the cleaning lady - important role. Character full of cliches.
HAROLD TWINE - think a much younger Richard Bucket, only even more timid and nervous. 30 -45
CLIVE &/or GERALD POPKISS - 30 - 40? cousins, playboys, only Gerald recently married and is trying to behave.
PUTZ - german bully, older.
ADMIRAL JUDDY - grumpy old retired naval officer! Small role.
PUTZ & JUDDY could be played by the same actor.
MRS POSSETT who comes in at the end and has 2 lines and goes off. Older lady. Ideal role for a first timer, who could also help back stage and learn the ropes.
