Two Male Actors required for Australian premiere of John Cariani's 'ALMOST,
MAINE' at Gasworks Theatre 15th November - 8th December.
Actors should be in their early to mid 30's, both with strong comedic
and dramatic abilities, to play multiple roles. LA based director/actor
will direct this challenging piece involving four actors, two
male/two female. We will require a prepared monologue for the audition,
a strong stage background is a necessity. Although the play is a comedy,
actors will need to go to some deeply painful places. This is a play
about connection - finding it, losing it, and how hard it is to achieve.
Auditions will be held on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th September.
Rehearsals will start the following week, so please do not apply if you
are unable to begin rehearsals straight away. Please submit your CV and
