Just to point out Kaz that you might not get much in the way of reply from here. This site is not affiliated with the above group in the manner I think you might be hoping for. It is unlikely (though not impossible) that anyone will call you back.

Might I suggest that you go to the Holroyd page and use the contact details there. It will get you to the Theatre Contact point only and I doubt you will be able to book the hall through them, but they should be able to, at the very least, point in a better direction.
