Hello, my email is a request to seek time at the Alexander Theatre in a hope to gain experience and insight to theatre operations. I am a year 10 student and I am required to participate in school work experience for the period 21-25 June 2010 and must have my form signed and submitted by the 26th of March. It is a very exhausting task seeking time with an establishment in this industry, but I am not giving up. I am a keen performing arts student, Drama and Voice, with a desire to learn. If there is an opportunity to participate, even just as an observer/usher, I would be so very greatful for the chance. I would like to meet with you and discuss further how we can perhaps make this experience happen. Thank you for taking the time to read my email and hope you are having a good day.

The Theatre on Chester (Sydney) presents
The Servant of Two Masters

Written by Carlos Goldini. Re-Written by Nick Enright and Ron Blair.

Carla Moore

Goldoni is made grouse in this colourful and riotous comic masterpiece. Truffaldino doesn’t really think through the problems inherent in having two bosses – especially when they’re unaware of each other’s presence and desperate to get back into each other’s pants. Our hero reckons he’s found a way of increasing his coin and food income on his labour. Or, as he puts it: “two masters, two wages, two dinners – too right!”
